A tradition that's served six generations of our family over the past 50 plus years.  Purchased in late 1950's, the original flat top, cinder block cottage was purely a summer home...

With it's enduring yellow facade and cedar paneled interior, the "Cottage" was our home away from home for decades.

In September of 2002, the original "flat top" cottage was demolished to make room for the year-round home you see today.  A fig tree, planted by our father in 1964 and the "new garage" as we referred to it, are all that's left to remind us of that simpler time.

Of course, progress isn't always a bad thing...  The "New Cottage" sits 20 feet above sea level, affording a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean.  The three zone central heating and cooling system makes this home a comfortable retreat, regardless of the season.

"Spectacular Views..."

Designed in the "Old Nags Head" tradition, nearly every room in this spacious home has a full or partial view of the Atlantic Ocean...
